At Ascension Fitness Miles, our mission is to help people in our local community transform their bodies and lives through expert coaching in kickboxing, yoga, weightlifting, and nutrition.

Ascension Fitness Miles was founded by Coach Kain, a seasoned trainer with a background in MMA, yoga, and strength coaching. After years in Brisbane’s top gyms and working in mental health recovery, Kain saw the need for a gym that focused on more than just fitness. Ascension was created to be a supportive space where people could grow stronger—physically, mentally, and as a community.
